About

My research focuses on the role of information in capital markets, with particular emphasis on financial disclosure, earnings management, and information frictions. I study how firms communicate with investors and how market participants process and respond to accounting information. My work draws on archival methods and institutional knowledge to address questions at the intersection of accounting, finance, and economics.
